Kardashian in-law Lamar Odom is getting a plea pass just in time for his 34th birthday. TMZ.com says Odom, who turns 34 on Wednesday, has struck a deal to avoid criminal charges for his confrontation with a photographer in July. The deal they brokered takes prosecution for vandalism off the table, if Lamar pays for the photog's broken equipment and stays out of trouble for a year and Lamar must also attend anger management classes. A civil court case is still pending, however.
Family drama is rising again in Charlie Sheen's personal life. TMZ says the actor's second ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, has told the Department of Children and Family Services in Los Angeles that she will no longer take care of Sheen's four-year-old twins with his third ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Sources tell the website Denise told the agency in a letter that Bob and Max are violent and out of control. Richards says the boys often go into a "zombie-like state" and repeatedly kick her dogs while watching them whimper in pain. She also says Bob and Max have also attacked her daughters - Sam, Lola and Eloise.
Richards has temporary guardianship of the boys while their mother deals with her drug issues. She blames Brooke for their unruly behavior, saying the kids often have nightmares after returning from Brooke's home. Denise also says Brooke has blocked efforts for her to act on pediatricians' recommendations that the boys get psychological counseling.
Fatherhood is pending again for David Arquette. Just six months after his divorce from actress Courteney Cox was finalized comes word that Arquette's girlfriend, "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent Christina McLarty is four months along in pregnancy. A source tells "Us Weekly" the couple had been trying to keep the news quiet and that the pregnancy "came as a surprise." Arquette is already father to nine-year-old Coco, his daughter with Cox. The new baby will be the first child for McLarty.

The new "Twilight" box set includes footage of a creepy animatronic doll that was supposed to play the baby of ROBERT PATTINSON and KRISTEN STEWART. It was so hideous that they never used it. They gave it the nickname of "Chuckesmee" . . . because of its similarity to Chucky the killer doll.
