The one-of-a-kind pearl dress Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o wore to the Oscars last Sunday is missing.  Adorned with six-thousand pearls, the 150-thousand-dollar Calvin Klein gown was reportedly stolen from the actress' room at The London hotel in West Hollywood while she was out Tuesday. 

New Music Tuesday is becoming New Music Friday.  The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry has announced a major change in the day the music industry puts out new releases.  The British-based organization said Thursday that the plan to release new music on Fridays instead of Tuesdays would go into effect this summer. 

 It looks like HARRISON FORD will return for the "Blade Runner" sequel.  According to the press release, the story for the new film will pick up "several decades" after the conclusion of the 1982 cult favorite which was originally directed by Ridley Scott. Production is expected to start in the summer of 2016.

Fox might launch a tour centered on its new hip-hop show "Empire", like they do with "Glee"

   CBS has declared Wednesday, March 4th, World "CSI" Day, and they're going to try to break the Guinness World Record for "Largest Ever TV Drama Simulcast." The event is meant to honor 15 years of the CSI franchise, and the U.S. premiere of CSI: Cyber

Weekend TV Reminders:
 Fans of Kevin Spacey’s “House of Cards” are gearing up for a weekend of binge-watching, as Netflix releases the third season of the critically-acclaimed drama with thirteen brand new episodes. 

 • "Saturday Night Live" on NBC.  Dakota Johnson from "Fifty Shades of Grey" hosts. Alabama Shakes is the music guest.

• Sunday on PBS:  The fifth season finale of "Downton Abbey".

 WILL SMITH and "Wolf of Wall Street" minx MARGOT ROBBIE hit theaters this week in the con artist movie "Focus"

They're up against the OLIVIA WILDE horror movie "The Lazarus Effect".

Here's another "SNL" promo where Dakota Johnson and Taran Killam joke about what "Fifty Shades of Grey" is REALLY about. 

Madonna is letting her fans know she's OK after her tumble at the BRIT Awards.  The pop superstar posted a message on Instagram after the incident, saying she's "fine."  She explained that her "beautiful cape was tied too tight," but added that "nothing can stop" her. 

  LINDSAY LOHAN was supposed to do 240 hours of community service for her car crash in 2012.  And she told the court she did.  But yesterday, a judge decided 125 of those hours were BOGUS, and she has to do them over again.

 LADY GAGA will star on the fifth season of "American Horror Story", which is titled "American Horror Story: Hotel".  She made the announcement in a video posted to Twitter yesterday, with the caption, quote, "Make your reservation now."  No other cast members have been announced.  Season Five will premiere on FX in October.  

Last night's episode of "The Goldbergs" paid homage to the movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off".  The show even had Charlie Sheen reprise his character from the movie, and say some of the same lines.  (In the episode, the show's main character Barry faked sick and tried to have an epic day off.  In this clip, Barry's sister meets Sheen's character in a police station.  From "The Goldbergs" on Wednesday, February 25, 2015)

Another daring group of celebs is ready to strut their stuff on "Dancing With The Stars."  The cast for the 20th season of the ABC reality competition was revealed Tuesday on "Good Morning America". The new group includes football player Michael Sam, actress Suzanne Somers, R&B singer Patti LaBelle, model Charlotte McKinney and musician Redfoo of LMFAO fame.  The new season, marking the show's 10th anniversary, is set to begin March 16th with Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews back as hosts. Other stars competing this season include actress Rumer Willis, R5 musician and former "Glee" actor Riker Lynch, soldier Noah Galloway, Olympian Nastia Liukin, "Shark Tank's" Robert Harjevec and "Hunger Games" actress Willow Shields who, at age 14, is the youngest contestant in the show's history. 

"Star Trek" legend LEONARD NIMOY was hospitalized last Thursday, supposedly for severe chest pains.  There's no word if he's still in the hospital.  Last year, Nimoy revealed that he has COPD from years of smoking, even though he quit 30 years ago.  He's 83 years old. 

  "American Horror Story" actor BEN WOOLF died yesterday from injuries he suffered last week, when he was struck on the head by the rearview mirror of an SUV while he was crossing Hollywood Boulevard.  He was only 34 years old.  Woolf played Meep on "American Horror Story:  Freak Show"

• "Big Hero 6" . . . A chubby robot teams up with a robotics prodigy and his four friends to stop a villain from taking over "San Fransokyo" with an army of microbots.

 • "Whiplash" . . . Miles Teller is a drummer who gets into an elite music conservatory, where he's pushed by a ruthless teacher played by J.K. Simmons.   He just earned a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for that role.

  Plus: The final season of "Sons of Anarchy" as well as the new soundtrack from the show:
 • "Sons of Anarchy: Volume 4" . . . It includes Ed Sheeran's "Make It Rain", plus the show's band The Forest Rangers doing songs like "Bohemian Rhapsody""The Age of Aquarius", and "All Along the Watchtower".

 "Birdman" won four Oscars last night:  Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography and Best Director.

Eddie Redmayne won Best Actor for "The Theory of Everything" and Julianne Moore won Best Actress for "Still Alice"J.K. Simmons picked up Best Supporting Actor for Whiplash and Patricia Arquette won Best Supporting Actress for Boyhood.

  The Razzies were handed out on Saturday, and the big "winners" were KIRK CAMERON and his movie "Saving Christmas"

 "Fifty Shades of Grey" was #1 at the box office again this weekend with $23.2 million. 
This was a great awkward moment on the red carpet last night when Melanie Griffith was asked if she had seen her daughter, Dakota Johnson's movie:

CHARLIE SHEEN didn't return for the finale of "Two and a Half Men", but it was all about his character. There were several celebrity cameo joining JON CRYER and ASHTON KUTCHER like Arnold S. Even show creator Chuck Lorre made a brief appearance.

IGGY AZALEA is taking a break from social media, after people made fun of the cellulite on her butt in some paparazzi photos.  She called the Internet, quote, "the ugliest reflection of mankind there is," adding, quote, "I need to be happy and it is too negative and draining."

 Doctors performed a tracheotomy on BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN this week . . . so they could move her breathing tube from her mouth to her throat.  This is standard procedure, and cuts down on the risk of infection.

 BILL COSBY is grateful to EDDIE MURPHY for not playing him in that sketch on the "Saturday Night Live" 40th anniversary special.  He issued a statement yesterday saying, quote, "I am very appreciative of Eddie and I applaud his actions."  

 The 87th Academy Awards will be presented this Sunday.  "Birdman" and "The Grand Budapest Hotel" lead the pack this year with nine nominations each.  "The Imitation Game" is close behind in numbers with eight nominations and "Boyhood" and "American Sniper" are vying for six nominations each.  Neil Patrick Harris will host the event from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood…live on ABC.

"Hot Tub Time Machine 2" is out this weekend. 

It's up against  a Kevin Costner Disney movie about cross-country runners called "McFarland USA"

and a teen comedy called "The DUFF"

From one Internet tabloid to the next. is denying a widely circulating report from "OK!" magazine that says Katy Perry is pregnant with John Mayer's baby.  A source close to Perry apparently told "Gossip Cop" that singer is not pregnant and that Perry is focused on her Prismatic World Tour, which is currently traveling throughout Europe.  "Gossip Cop" also blasted "OK" for falsely reporting that Perry and Mayer were "having a baby" in 2013.  Neither Perry or Mayer have commented on the reports.

 Vanilla Ice is in hot water with the law. Police in Florida say Ice was arrested for burglary and grand theft.  He's accused of taking numerous items from a foreclosed house sometime between last December and this month.  The house is nearby a home that Ice is helping to renovate as part of his DIY Network TV show, "The Vanilla Ice Project." 

Nicki Minaj is offering condolences after a member of her crew was stabbed to death in Philadelphia early Wednesday morning.  The rapper announced the news on her Instagram page, saying two members of her team had been stabbed and that one of them was killed.
A 21-year-old man has filed a civil lawsuit claiming he's JAY Z's son.  The mom tried to get him to take a paternity test in 2010, but a judge declined to hear the case, claiming he lacked jurisdiction based on Jay's address.  But in the civil suit, the man says Jay LIED about his address to get out of taking the test. 
 EDDIE MURPHY was supposed to play BILL COSBY in a sketch on the "Saturday Night Live" 40th anniversary special, but he backed out.  NORM MACDONALD says Eddie didn't want to, quote, "kick a man when he is down."

• The series premiere of "The Odd Couple" . . . on CBS.  Matthew Perry from "Friends" and Thomas Lennon from "Reno 911" star in this remake of the classic sitcom about mismatched roommates.   

NPH stopped by Ellen’s show yesterday to get some Oscar hosting advice for this Sunday’s award show.  He talked about his young twins being obsessed with knock knock jokes.  It turns out Ellen is not as good of a comedian as we thought.

PHARRELL landed a deal to write four CHILDREN'S books, including one inspired by his song "Happy".  The "Happy" book will be available on September 22nd . . . and it'll feature photographs of children from around the world, quote, "celebrating what it means to be happy." 

"Modern Family" is using modern technology for a modern story about modern communication.  An upcoming episode of the ABC sitcom was shot almost exclusively on Apple's iPhone 6 or iPads. It is Set to air on February 25th.

KEVIN HART is coming to KC on August 22nd…tickets go on sale this Friday but Kevin will make history on August 30th, when he performs a gig in his hometown of Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field.  That's the stadium where the Philadelphia Eagles play.  Not only will that be the first comedy show at the stadium . . . it'll be the first time ANY comedian has headlined an NFL stadium. 

 DAKOTA JOHNSON admits she stole several pair of underwear and a flogger from the "Fifty Shades of Grey" set.

The TV life and times of "Mad Men's" Don Draper is going on display at the Smithsonian.  AMC says select pieces from its '60s-era series will join the permanent collection at the Washington, D.C. museum in a ceremony on March 27th. The Smithsonian welcome is one of a number of events leading up to "Mad Men's" final seven episodes, which begin airing on AMC on April 5th.
