DEMI MOORE and ASHTON KUTCHER have settled their divorce, two years after they split up. Demi wanted spousal support, even though she's worth $150 million on her own. She didn't get it, because California is a no-fault state . . . so Ashton's cheating didn't count against him.

Kim Kardashian is suing the co-founder of YouTube for allegedly leaking the video of Kanye West proposing to her. According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Kim wants an unspecified amount of damages from Chad Hurley for capturing video of the proposal -- which took place on October 21st at AT&T Park in San Francisco -- and posting it online.
Chris Brown's stay in rehab may not keep him out of jail for violating his probation in the 2009 domestic violence case involving his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles County Probation Department is investigating Chris Brown's recent misdemeanor assault charge for a fight in Washington, D.C. After pleading not guilty to the charge, Chris checked himself into rehab to reportedly work on his anger issues. However, sources connected to the probation department tell the celebrity gossip website that it could be "too little, too late" for Chris because the department is "gunning" for him. If a judge decides to revoke Chris' probation, he could face up to four years in prison.
A former star of "Beverly Hills 90210" is refusing to sell her sex tape. Vivid Entertainment is reportedly offering Tori Spelling millions to secure the footage of a tape she made with her husband Dean in 2009. The mother of four recently claimed her husband was forced to abandon plans to have a vasectomy after their business manager said they couldn't afford it. A 60-million-dollar lawsuit was filed against the couple's production company in June.
NBC has ordered a new sitcom called "Tooken" that was created by TINA FEY.
It's about "a woman who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York City." It will star ELLIE KEMPER from "The Office".

The items range from a Victorian-style doll carriage starting at 100 dollars to an 18th century bureau valued at about 50-thousand dollars. There's also a fleet of Jetson electric bikes tagged at about a-thousand dollars each and a photo of Oprah with NBA legend Michael Jordan. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation College Fund.
