It looks like the Crawleys and their staff will be hanging out in "Downton Abbey" for another year. Britain's ITV announced Sunday that the hit period drama has been renewed for a fifth season. Production will get under way next year, with season five expected to air in 2014 in the U.K. and in early 2015 in the States on PBS. The good news for "Downtown" fans comes on the heels of the award-winning show's fourth season, which was the highest rated drama of 2013 in the U.K. PBS is scheduled to broadcast season four in the U.S. starting January 5th.

"Thor: The Dark World" easily took the top spot at the box office this weekend, making just over $86 million in its first three days of release. That's about $20 million more than the original made when it came out in 2011. When you add in international ticket sales, "Thor: The Dark World" has made $327 million so far worldwide.
