The celebrations kick off Monday for Barbara Walters' final week as co-host of "The View."  The 84-year-old news veteran is ending a storied career in broadcast with a number of high profile interviews.  Walters was the first to speak exclusively with V. Stiviano, the woman who indirectly outed the racist remarks that led to the downfall of L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling.  She also spoke to Sterling's wife and Clippers co-owner Shelly Sterling in an interview that aired Sunday night on ABC.

Barbara Walters appeared on "Saturday Night Live" over the weekend, to confront them over how they've made fun of her throughout her career.

Friday will mark Walters' final appearance as a co-host on "The View." But even though she's retiring from work on camera, Walters says she'll still be active behind the scenes as an executive producer for the talk show she launched back in 1997.

Speaking of the View… SHERRI SHEPHERD'S husband filed for legal separation last week, and he wants full custody of their unborn son, who's being carried by a surrogate.  He also asked that their prenuptial agreement be invalidated due to "fraud", and not surprisingly, he wants spousal support, and for Sherri to pay his attorney fees.

CHRIS BROWN was sentenced to another year behind bars for violating his probation.  But he gets credit for time served, so he only has to do another 131 days.  And he could get out even sooner.

BRITNEY SPEARS has been offered $12 million to extend her Vegas residency through Christmas of 2016.  Her original deal was for two years at $30 million.

ZAC EFRON and SETH ROGEN'S "Neighbors" topped the Mother's Day weekend box office with a huge $51.1 million.  That's the 4th best opening of all time for an R-rated comedy.

The Mother's Day movie "Moms' Night Out" made $4.2 million in 7th place, and the animated "Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return" was at #8 with $3.7 million.
