A plea deal for Justin Bieber's Miami DUI case would see three of the four charges against him dropped. TMZ says prosecutors are asking Justin to plead no contest to reckless driving. In return, the charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license would be dropped. The potential plea deal could place Justin on probation for a year, but he would be spared random drug testing.

Two Beyonce fans are taking legal action against the pop superstar, her concert promoters and Chicago's United Center. The "Sun-Times" reports Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson have filed a lawsuit claiming they were trampled while waiting in line for Beyonce's "Mrs. Carter Show" concert at the venue last December. The suit describes the women as "longtime fans of Beyonce." It says a "rushing mob" left Castellanos and Davidson unconscious and with broken bones after the gates opened. They blame the star, Live Nation Entertainment and United Center for doing nothing to prevent the incident. The fans are suing for negligence and seeking unspecified damages.
